The terms that govern your use of the Revival Campaign Ministries website and app.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Revival Campaign Ministries website and mobile application (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who can use the Services
You may use the Services if you can form a binding agreement with us, or, if you are a minor, with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You may sign in with email/password, Google or Apple.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Break any law or infringe the rights of others.
- Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading or harmful.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, overload or reverse-engineer the Services.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
4. Your content
The Services let you submit content such as prayer requests, testimonies and group messages. You retain ownership of what you submit, and you grant us a licence to host, display and moderate it for the purpose of operating the Services and ministering to our community. We may remove content that violates these Terms. You are responsible for the content you post.
5. Giving & donations
Gifts made through the Services are processed by our payment provider (Paystack). Gifts are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a clear processing error. We will provide a record of your giving. Please ensure the amount and fund are correct before you give.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including our name, logo, sermons, devotionals, hymns, designs and other content (excluding your own submissions and third-party content), belong to Revival Campaign Ministries or our licensors, and are protected by law. You may use them for personal, non-commercial worship and growth, but not otherwise copy, sell or redistribute them without permission.
7. Third-party services & content
The Services integrate third parties such as YouTube (video), Google and Apple (sign-in and notifications) and Paystack (payments). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
8. Spiritual content — not professional advice
Content in the Services is provided for spiritual encouragement and community. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or counselling advice. Please seek qualified help where appropriate.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revival Campaign Ministries will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or to protect our community. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a different mandatory law applies to you.
